Appassionata Trio
Rebecca Baulch, Hayley Savage and Amanda Cook formed Appassionata late in 2003. Their debut season included interviews and live performances on Classic Fm, BBC Radio 3's In Tune and Radio Gloucestershire, an interview in Muso Magazine, and highly acclaimed concerts at the International Guitar Festivals at London's South Bank Centre and at Bath, Conway Hall, and many other venues and music festivals across the UK.
In 2005 the trio toured Italy and in 2006 they toured the east coast of the USA, giving concerts in New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts. Appassionata have had works written for them by Paulo Bellinati, Ned Bennett, Bruce MacCombie, Hayley Savage, Mark Houghton and Gary Ryan.
Appassioanta have recorded two CDs Let Go on the BGS label and Watersmeet on the Cadenza music label with the Aquarelle and TETRA quartets and with Jonathan Leathwood, Rohan de Saram and Neil Jenkins.
